Bench/Pull Ups: Back to Basics

Bench: 135x2x10, 175x2x5, 205x5,5,5,2
Pull Ups: Bwx3x5

No real improvement.  I think I have to up the frequency and start benching 3 or more times a week.  I'll have to figure out a scheme that doesn't stress out my shoulders.
