Squat warm ups: 45x5, 135x5, 200x5, 225x3, 245x2, 275x1
Squat work: 300x7x5

Bench warm ups: 45x5, 135x5, 155x3, 175x2 (paused)
Bench work: 195x7x5 (paused)

In Sydney for work so off to the Y! Nice long workout, chatted with a young powerlifting guy, had a great session.  Paused benches for the practice.
