Deadlift day

Deficit deadlifts (3 3/4"): 225x5, 275x3, 315x2, 365x1
Deficit deadlifts (1 3/4"): 375x10x1

Feeling good today. Warm ups on 4x4 wood pieces, then dropped down to a pair of 2x6 for the work sets.
