Squats at maintenance calories

Squats: 45x10, 135x10, 225x5, 275x5, 315x3x3, 275x2x5, 225x2x5

Hit the same targets today as last session.  Managed two sets of 225 on the back off sets.  Diet starts back up Sunday.
