Deadlifts: 225x5, 315x5, 365x5. 385x5, 405x3, 425x1, 445x1
Tried to hit the 455 again but I couldn't. Still happy with the session. It's been a weird week with snow storms and frigged up sleep, messed up nutrition, and three days training as opposed to five.
