What day of the week is this?

Continuing deload week - same as last day.  A little foam rolling yesterday and today to help loosen up my hips.  Work is set at 60% of 1rm.

Squats: 135x2x5, 225x3x5
Paused Bench: 135x2x5, 155x3x5
Deficit DL (3 3/4"): 225x5, 275x2x5

Nice and easy.  Done.
