Phew! Light squat day done.

Wrapped, belted and sleeves on for today's practice.  Man, putting on those sleeves is like cardio.

Warm up: 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 255x2
Work: 225x5x5

Concentrating on not going so deep.  The trick seems to be using a wider stance with the sleeves (and when I use knee wraps as well).  This seems to put more of the work on my hips and glutes.  I'm planning on a heavy squat day tomorrow.  I'll see if I can post up some video of the new gear.
