Bench stuff

How the hell do you pull a muscle in your sternum?  Man that hurt!  It hit me again in the middle of my first set of heavy floor presses and I had to drop the bar behind me.  That was it for the day.

Floor presses: 135x10, 165x5, 185x3, 225xfail
