Deload week

Sat, 28 Dec 13

Feeling beat up and tired, so deload week. Took the past two days off for family visits and Advil. Bit of mulled wine drinking and two turkey dinners.   Work is set at 60% of 1rm.

Squats: 135x2x5, 225x3x5
Paused Bench: 135x2x5, 155x3x5
Deficit DL (3 3/4"): 225x5, 275x2x5

Nice and easy.  Done.
