Upper Body

Bench: 45x2x10, 135x10, 185x2x5,  205x5, 225x4x5
T-bar Rows: 45x10, 90x10, 135x3x10
OHP/BTN Press: 45x2x10, 95x3x5

Hanging in there.  Goal was to be snappy, not grindy.  Also did 40 mins of slow, incline treadmill at 5:30 am.
