Walked at full speed into a barbell at mid-quad level over the weekend. Still limping around and feel like a tool. Anyhow, upper body today.
Bench: 135x10, 185x5x5
Pec Deck (single arm each side): 100x10, 130x10, 150x2x10
Seated Smith Press (wide, med, narrow): 25x5, 35x5, 25x5
Seated rows: 50x10, 100x3x10
Seated lat pulldown: 100x3x10
