Upright EZ Curl Rows: 50x2x10
EZ Bar Curls: 50x4x15
Seated machine rows: 50x2x15
I didn't feel like doing chin ups today after what seemed like a super heavy deadlift session. Took it easy on all the other work, concentrating on form and really getting the muscles engaged.
