Bench: 150x10, 175x5, 200x3, 225x2, 240, 250x3, 250x2x2
Squats: 135x5, 260x5, 295x5, 335x3, 350x2, 370x6x1
No racks available when I first got into the gym, so I had to start with bench. Rushed through the squat once I got a bench, as I was going to be late for work. No real problems though.
