Squats: 185x5, 205x3, 225x2, 250x1, 280x6x6
Bench: 115x5, 135x3, 145x2, 160x1, 180x6x6
Diet is over so back into a program. Running Smolov Jr for squats and bench again. My squat 1RM is 400 lb and bench is 260 lb.
