The Y in Sydney

Deadlifts:  135x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x3, 365x2, 385x1
Squats: 135x10, 225x5, 275x5, 315x3x5
Bench: 135x10, 185x10, 225x7, 225x5, 245x5

Had to wait for the rack so some deadlifts  first.  Some squats some bench then supper.
