Terrible, crappy session.

Sun, 25 May 14

Squats: 45x10, 135x5, 185x5, 235x5, 265x10, 225x10.

Chins: 5,5,5,5

Just felt like garbage. No energy. No strength.  Completely out of breath at the 265, exhausted after the 225x10.

Too fat for chins.  Well, except the ones on my face.
