Warmup:
Leg curls 45x20, 90x20 each leg
Single leg extensions: 45x20, 90x20 each leg

Squats: 135x5, 175x5, 205x3, 235x2, 265x1, 295x5

Had a cold last week and have been feeling like crap. Back at it.
